You are under no obligation to purchase our plans. But it will make things easier for your company to go through one provider for all your plans, and it will be simpler for your employees when they have questions.

Can I pick and choose the employee benefit policies I want?

Sure – our specialists listen to your needs and design plan packages to suit you. If you would like to see a range of options, let us know and we can assemble a few packages for you based on your criteria. If you like some aspects of some plans and some from another, we may be able to reform your plan package to accommodate your wishes.

Is Competitive Advantage partnered with or aligned with any particular insurers?

No. When we evaluate a business’s needs and look for appropriate policies, we look at all insurers available to find the most comprehensive or least expensive plans to suit your needs. If that’s a nationally recognized carrier or a small insurer you may have overlooked, we’ll gather all of the best options that can work for you.
