Jim is a strategic visionary in Global Human Capital Operations and Technology. Throughout his career he has been a primary advisor on innovation for leading multinational organizations, designing and developing several key SaaS technology initiatives, including: The industry’s first global payroll processing solution, successfully implemented in 30+ countries and for thousands of employees. A global Human Capital reporting and analytics platform Global paid-time off management portal, covering 15 countries. The platform won the 2013 Outstanding Technology Development award from Payroll World Magazine. His ability to partner with cross functional teams to ensure each engagement is strategically aligned with business objectives and operated in accordance with agreed upon standards second to none. ​ Jim has traveled domestically and abroad to conduct strategic Human Capital engagements for a wide array of clients. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from Rutgers College. He also holds a Technical Degree from the Chubb Institute.

With 20 plus years in the Human Resources / Business to Business space Jeff has developed strong relationships with clients, business partners, and industry professionals. ​Jeff started in this industry as a member of the Paychex Manhattan Team in the Human Resource Services division. During his time there, he became proficient in all things Business Services including Payroll, Employee Benefits, Medical Insurance, Retirement Planning, Workers Comp, and Management Training. During his tenure at a regional payroll company Jeff and his team grew the Human Capital Management division to one of strongest in the region. The team was recognized as an industry leader and advisory resource in the HCM space through the development of a comprehensive network of strategic partners. Since joining the team, Jeff has helped strengthen and cultivate partnerships driving Business Development to new levels.
